Location Overview:
Overlooking the spectacular Iveagh Gardens with access to all amenities in the beating heart of central Dublin is our Park Place office. Role Description:
Join a high-impact Global Information Security team that helps protect critical systems, sensitive data, and customer information across a complex international banking environment. Within this function, Identity and Access Management (IAM) plays a vital role in ensuring the right people have the right access to the right resources at the right time. This role offers the opportunity to work at the heart of cyber security, partnering with technical experts and senior stakeholders to strengthen access controls, reduce risk, and support regulatory compliance across the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Support IAM leads and technology subject matter experts to help deliver strategic, effective identity and access management solutions across the organisation.
- Help ensure IAM requirements are measured, tracked, reported, and governed effectively to support strong security and risk management practices.
- Build partnerships across Global Information Security, Core Technology Infrastructure, Cyber Security Technology, Third Party Management, Compliance, Operations Risk, Internal Audit, and regulatory stakeholders.
- Communicate proposed changes clearly and confidently, creating informative materials that explain the rationale, impact, and benefits to a range of stakeholders.
- Provide guidance, documentation, and support to team members and technology partners to embed changes successfully.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to deliver clear, timely, and data-led reporting on current and emerging identity and authentication risks.
- Help ensure technology systems align with enterprise standards, regulatory expectations, and risk management requirements.
What we are looking for:
- Understanding of IAM-related laws, regulations, and industry standards such as SOX, OCC, NIST, ISO, and FFIEC, ideally within financial services.
- Solid knowledge of identity and authentication principles, methodologies, and supporting technologies.
- Experience with IAM governance and administration tools would be advantageous, particularly where they support vaulting, integration, and service management processes.
- Proven experience in identity and authentication within a large, complex organisation.
- Broad security knowledge across core infrastructure, including account management, servers, databases, identity management, and application security.
- Hands-on experience with Linux, Windows, cloud identity, access management, and the design or architecture of authentication services or identity stores.
- Able to translate facts and data into clear, actionable plans while partnering effectively with stakeholders to reduce risk and strengthen adherence to IAM standards.
- Strong attention to detail and highly developed analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage a wide range of audiences.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage and prioritise multiple deliverables effectively.

- Excellent data management and analytical capability, including an understanding of metadata collection and governance.
