What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues promptly
• Perform general, preventative, and emergency maintenance
• Help keep the community safe, functional, and resident-ready
• Take pride in your work and respond efficiently to service needs

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid Florida driver's license
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Reliable, motivated, and ready to work

Preferred (Not Required):

• CPO Certification
• HVAC / EPA Certification
