Global Business Services delivers Technology and Operations capabilities to Lines of Business and Staff Support Functions of Bank of America through a centrally managed, globally integrated delivery model and globally resilient operations.

In India, we are present in five locations and operate as BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation and the operating company for India operations of Global Business Services.
Process Overview:
Fraud and Claims Shared services analytics team comprises of analysts that are responsible for Enterprise analytics and reporting performing end to end data analysis to show fraud performance and metrics at an Enterprise level and at detailed unit and segment level.
Job Description
The AI Enablement lead will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and supporting the implementation of AI capabilities that transform data governance, reporting, and analytics across Client Protection. This candidate will assist with researching emerging technologies, supporting proof of concepts, piloting AI solutions, and partnering with business, technology, and key stakeholders to accelerate AI adoption. The role is also responsible for building AI use cases that improve efficiency, automation, enhance data governance, and expands self-service capabilities while ensuring compliance with enterprise AI governance standards.
Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of the AI roadmap for data, reporting, and analytics
- Identify and execute AI use cases
- Partner with stakeholders to validate AI opportunities
- Lead proof of concepts
- Present AI findings and recommendations
- Lead AI demonstrations for key stakeholders
- Develop AI user guides
Requirements*
Education:
- Advanced degree, preferably in Business, Statistics/Mathematics, Applied Sciences, Engineering from a reputed institute
- Technical certifications in SAS, SQL and Tableau preferred
Experience Range*
- 5+ years in data, reporting, or analytics
Foundational skills*
- Knowledge of AI, Generative AI, or Machine Learning
- Experience working with reporting platforms (Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- U.S. financial services experience preferable
- Understanding business domains like Fraud/Compliance/Risk preferable
Desired skills
- Banking or financial experience

- Experience assessing vendors
- Agile certification
