- Working mainly within Market Intelligence, you'll collaborate with the wider Ratings Advisory team, other Global Analytics & Advisory division, broking teams, GC Securities, and occasionally Marsh Risk, Mercer, and Oliver Wyman.
- Lead the creation and review of analytical reports on (re)insurance companies for brokers and clients.
- Help in keeping GC's market security platform up to date.
- Respond to brokers' and clients' questions regarding reinsurance markets in a timely manner.
- Present market insights and findings to stakeholders.
- Conduct research and data analysis and produce newsletters and research notes on reinsurers.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, (re)insurers, and clients.
- Additional responsibilities include attending rating agency events and managing large financial datasets to generate actionable insights.
What you need to have:
- Deep (re)insurance industry knowledge from experience working in an insurer's or broker's market security department, with rating agencies, advisory firms, or consultancies specialising in reinsurer analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with LLMs or AI tools to enhance efficiency is a plus.
What makes you stand out?
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical abilities.
- Commitment to continuous personal and professional growth.
- Fluency in English and another European language (Spanish or French preferred).
