• Serve as the primary project lead across sponsorships, special projects, and Good Morning Texas campaigns from ideation through execution and recap.
• Coordinate all campaign elements and deliverables across Sales, Marketing, Community Affairs, Production, Content, Digital, and Client Services to ensure deadlines, deliverables, and client expectations are met.
• Act as the liaison between the Sales Department and Good Morning Texas, managing segment coordination, schedules, campaign details, and sales materials.
• Develop and maintain professional sales presentations, sponsorship decks, one-sheets, and marketing collateral that support revenue generation.
• Assist Account Executives in creating customized, integrated marketing solutions that leverage WFAA/KFAA's linear, digital, streaming, sponsorship, and content assets.
• Manage workflows and internal processes that ensure seamless communication, organization, and execution of complex advertising campaigns.
• Monitor campaign fulfillment and collaborate with internal teams to ensure all contracted elements are delivered accurately and on time.
• Prepare post-campaign recaps and performance reports, translating campaign results into meaningful insights for clients and Account Executives.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the client experience.
Qualifications
• 3-5+ years of experience in media, marketing, advertising, project management, sponsorship activation, or a related field.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, accountability, and follow-through.
• Ability to think strategically, solve problems proactively, and execute with excellence.
• Experience developing client-facing presentations and marketing materials.
• Familiarity with broadcast and streaming television, digital media, sponsorships, and integrated marketing campaigns is strongly preferred.
The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, organizer, communicator, and executor - someone who can manage complex projects, build strong internal relationships, and ensure every sponsorship and special project is delivered at the highest level.
