Overview

Reporting to the Director of Golf, Assistant Golf Professionals, and Outside Operations Manager, the Outside Operations Attendant is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clubhouse and practice facilities. Core duties include:

• Greeting members and guests and assisting with their golf clubs
• Cleaning, caring for, and performing routine maintenance on the golf car fleet
• Opening and closing procedures for the driving range
• General clean-up and upkeep of the clubhouse grounds

Experience Required

High School diploma and previous golf experience preferred.

Essential Responsibilities

• Actively promotes and exhibits enthusiasm in the workplace and among guests.
• Clearly identifies guest experience priorities and manages time effectively and efficiently to accommodate their needs.
• Completes daily reports on all items requiring attention, including golf cars and general repair and maintenance issues in and around the outside operations and clubhouse areas.
• Promotes the safety and security of co-workers, guests, buildings, and assets by utilizing policies and procedures developed by CCJ.
• Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively to provide quality, seamless, team-oriented guest service.
• Provides feedback to the management team on the effectiveness of program initiatives.
