About the role
We are seeking a self-motivated Administrator ideally with some Paraplanning experience to join our team in Castle Hill, NSW. This full-time position is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our financial planning practice. As a Paraplanner and Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial advisers and ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
What you'll be doing
Provide administrative support, including client file maintenance, document preparation, and general office tasks
Assist in the implementation of financial strategies and the ongoing management of client portfolios
Prepare comprehensive financial plans for clients (with training provided)
Collaborate with financial advisers to ensure a seamless client experience
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices
What we're looking for
Tertiary qualification - in financial planning, accounting, or a related field preferred
Paraplanning experience an advantage
On the job training provided to prepare comprehensive financial plans for clients
Willingness to do further study and complete a professional year with a view to becoming a licenced financial adviser in the future
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
