Here, you’ll put that perspective into action by generating investment ideas, making active buy/sell decisions, managing portfolios, and serving as a trusted resource for the financial advisors who rely on us every day.
Gradient Financial Group is a financial services organization with twelve specialized entities, including Gradient Investments, an independent, SEC registered investment advisor firm.
What You’ll Do
Actively manage multiple portfolio strategies, making real-time stock and ETF buy/sell decisions grounded in fundamental research
Generate investment ideas using robust research tools and translate them into actionable portfolio recommendations
Serve as a strategic resource for financial advisors, fielding questions on positioning, products, and market themes.
Appear on national financial news networks (CNBC, Bloomberg, Schwab Network, etc.)
Build lasting relationships with financial advisors and colleagues who depend on your expertise
Operate with urgency in a fast-moving market environment, making well-reasoned decisions quickly and confidently
Collaborate daily with a driven institutional quality investment team, sharing ideas, and raising the bar together

What you Bring
Bachelor’s Degree – Required
Master’s Degree – Preferred
CFA – preferred
7+ Years of Investment Management Experience – Required
Public Company Analysis/Modeling/Valuation Experience – Required
Prior Stock Selection and or ETF Allocation Experience – Required
Proficient knowledge of security/asset selection and investment allocation
Proficient knowledge of a variety of investments including stocks, bonds, ETFs and alternative assets
