Vielfältige Aufgaben
As a Senior PMO supporting the Trading Technology portfolio, you will play a pivotal role in driving governance, portfolio performance, reporting excellence, and continuous improvement across a complex landscape of business and technology initiatives. Working closely with Project Managers, Business Partners, Sponsors, Finance, and Controlling teams, you will ensure effective portfolio oversight, consistent project delivery standards, and informed decision-making at all levels of the organisation:

A wide range of tasks

• Lead portfolio-level PMO governance for Trading Technology, preparing high-quality materials for executive and trading steering committees
• Own and consolidate portfolio reporting (roadmap, forecasts, resources, risks/issues, status) to ensure a single, reliable source of truth for Energy Trading initiatives
• Assure quality of project inputs (PIDs, change requests, approvals) by coaching Project Managers, Business Partners and Sponsors and enforcing PM standards
• Drive improvement of project management frameworks, templates, tools and dashboards to support complex Energy Trading and technology programmes
• Coordinate project financials with Project Managers and Finance/Controlling, resolving issues and ensuring alignment of trading project budgets and forecasts

Überzeugendes Profil
Convincing profile

• 5-7+ years PMO experience, including senior responsibility across large programmes or portfolios, ideally in Financial Services; Energy / Commodities Trading exposure is a plus
• Strong command of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall) and experience in raising PMO maturity and rolling out new processes
• Excellent reporting and analytical skills, with advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and experience in project tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Confluence; Power BI desirable)
• High attention to detail, strong planning and organisational skills, with a proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
• Clear, confident communicator and presenter, able to collaborate effectively with Trading, Technology, Finance and senior stakeholders in an international environment

Our Trading unit is responsible for the optimal management of EnBW's portfolio, is active in the trading of renewable energies and thus supports the Energiewende. We are also involved in future topics such as hydrogen or smart & digital in trading, as well as in new supply contracts and the management of renewable energies.
