Job Description:Officer - Trading Assistant
Catie Tardive's Team
The Trading Assistant will support daily trading activity by partnering closely with traders to ensure timely and accurate execution, booking, and lifecycle management of trades. This role plays a critical part in facilitating smooth desk operations and managing post-trade processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support traders with trade execution, booking, confirmations, and amendments
- Monitor and resolve trade breaks and operational issues in coordination with Operations, Risk, and Technology
- Assist with position management, P&L inquiries, and end-of-day processes
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and internal control requirements
- Provide general desk support, including reporting and ad hoc analysis
Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of experience in a trading assistant, sales assistant, or markets support role
- Strong understanding of trade lifecycle and market products relevant to the desk
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to partner effectively with traders and infrastructure teams

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$38.46 - $45.70 hourly pay, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
