Location Overview:
Join our bustling Bromley office, situated in one of London's greenest boroughs. Here you'll find plentiful and easy commuting routes, with central London just 15 minutes away by train.
The Team:
We are seeking a Treasury Client Service Specialist to join an established team in Bromley, supporting multinational commercial, large corporate and financial institution clients across EMEA.
This client-facing role involves working with internal business and support partners to deliver day-to-day banking, cash management and treasury services. It would suit someone with experience in cash management, treasury servicing or financial services client support who is looking to develop a career in wholesale banking.
The role offers exposure to financial products, cross-functional teams and specialist development within a growing client service function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients with treasury, cash management and banking service enquiries, providing clear and timely updates.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Client Service, Sales, Product, Operations, Technical Support and Fulfilment to deliver a consistent client experience.
- Coordinate internal activity throughout the enquiry lifecycle to support accurate, effective and timely outcomes.
- Develop client relationships through regular communication and an understanding of each client's business, priorities and operating model.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, reduce operational friction and encourage effective use of self-service channels.
- Contribute to client meetings and service reviews by sharing relevant insights and supporting continuous improvement.
- Adapt the service approach to meet client needs and support positive client satisfaction outcomes.
- Resolve issues professionally and escalate concerns where there may be an impact to client experience, risk or delivery timelines.
- Use product, operational and industry knowledge to support client servicing and risk management.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in a client service, client support or client-facing role.
- Background in financial services, investment banking or another regulated environment.
- Understanding of cash management, treasury products, payment processes and/or clearing systems.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and contributing to a culture of service excellence.
- Ability and willingness to travel for client meetings, where required.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Problem-solving, prioritisation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to support timely client outcomes.
Skills that will help:
- Fluency in a major European language in addition to English, including written and spoken proficiency.
