Responsibilities:
- Work with Team, Business Partners and support functions to provide quality process delivery:
- Individual Responsiblities:
- Manage the day to day cash, cheque and other operational process of Pan India clients.
- Forecasts and manages staffing levels and capacities, provides effective coaching, and shares constructive feedback to drive Operational Excellence
- Applies knowledge of the end-to-end processes and ensures adherence to bank and regulatory policy and procedures when making decisions that impact various operations and product lines
- Develops and analyzes procedures to enhance unit and/or product-related activities and oversees budget and expense management, reporting, and forecasting for designated areas
- Evaluates efficiencies and identifies areas of improvement and growth to the overall process, identifying data, metrics, and key performance indicators to measure process effectiveness
- Aligns bank priorities and strategies to employee metrics and goals and strives to recognize, encourage, and improve team performance to support an inclusive work environment
- Managerial Responsibilities:
- Opportunity & Inclusion Champion: Creates an inclusive team where members are treated fairly and respectfully.
- Manager of Process & Data: Demonstrates and expects process knowledge, data driven decisions, simplicity and continuous improvement.

- Driver of Business Outcomes: Delivers results through effective team management, structure, and routines.
Skills:
- • 12-15 years of operations experience (preferably within an international/ domestic payment banking environment-corporate banking experience / alternatively retail banking experience).
- Knowledge of treasury and cash management services to provide advisory services to clients.
- Good verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
- Ability to thrive on challenges, work in high pressured environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Good time management skills, Strong team player with good work ethics.
- Ability to work independently as part of an elite team.
- Attention to detail, Highly organized, Adapts easily to change.
- Takes personal ownership and accountability of the work assigned.
- Ability to build strong client relationships along with a proactive approach.
- Friendly outgoing personality to deal with clients / business partners
- It will help to have an Operational Excellence mindset.
- Good to have-People leadership experience with the ability to develop talent, drive engagement, and lead teams through change.
- Strong stakeholder management and escalation management skills, with a track record of influencing outcomes and delivering client-centric solutions.
