Vice President, Quantitative Strategist for the AMRS Index Flow Desk
Position Overview
- Develop reliable tools to automate the daily processes of the Flow Derivative Trading desks
- Create analyses to improve hedging abilities across derivatives
- Integrate tools in the general infrastructure
- Provide support to the trading desk
Qualifications
- Exceptional programing skill in a low level language (eg: C++); Strong knowledge of Python
- Strong understanding of equity derivative trading and risk management
- Strong problem solving skills especially when it comes to open ended problems
- Ability to think strategically and build scalable tools
- Very strong attention to detail, extremely well organized and driven
- Degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Math, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$200,000.00 - $225,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
