Description
Diagnose, repair, and overhaul automatic luxury watches from vintage to modern. The most volume of brands we service is Rolex, but also anywhere from TagHeuer to Patek Philippe, and in between, like Audemars Piguet, Omega, Breitling, or Cartier. We are also watch parts suppliers so we have an extensive inventory of factory parts and high quality custom / aftermarket when needed. We have the top tier Lititz automatic cleaning machine, top of the line Leica microscope and polish equipment. We have extensive machinery that can be used to fabricate parts or tools as needed: Precision CNC, laser engraver, laser welder, various 3D Printers, waterproofer, and watchmakers lathe. The list goes on. We are a full service center and are known in the industry for our high ethics standards, honest transparency, high quality work and excellent customer service. We also have a full time jeweler on staff that works very well with watchmakers. She does all the bracelet repining and restorations. She is able to assist where needed in simple jobs like dropping movements, dial and bezel changes and polishing. We have a designated polishing watchmaker / jeweler with 20 years experience as a luxury watch polisher who fabricates screws among other things and is one of the best in the industry, hands down. We have a watch bezel and dial artist who restores dials, and a graphic designer for photoshop renderings. As one of the first luxury watch sellers on ebay dating back to 1999, we have a 26 year perfect feedback streak, and add our Google profile, we have over 2500 perfect 5 star reviews. You will have a full time service manager to assist you, acquire parts for you, communicate with customers, and get you what you need to get the job done right. We are reasonable and rational, we don't cry over spilled milk, $h!t happens, parts go flying, stuff gets damaged, it's par for the course. Requirements
Certified watchmaker preferably, or experienced equivalent. Experience in servicing and repairing automatic luxury watches of high end brands. Proficiency with chronographs and vintage watches. Ability to pass a bench test diagnosing and servicing a standard Rolex movement, probably 3135 or similar. Ability to create dynamic video footage of the work being done for marketing purposes and also, we offer clients video footage of their watch for an additional cost. Technology will be supplied. You will be compensated additionally for creating raw footage. Video editing skills not needed.
